How to use the Payment Terms & Due Date Calculator
- Choose the invoice date.
- Select payment terms or enter custom days.
- Read the due date and status.
How it works
Net N: due date = invoice date + N days. EOM: due on the last day of the invoice month. Net 30 EOM: 30 days after the end of the invoice month. 2/10 net 30: discount deadline = invoice date + 10 days, due date = invoice date + 30 days.
Worked example
An invoice dated 15 Nov 2026 on Net 30 is due 15 Dec 2026; on Net 30 EOM it is due 30 Dec 2026.
