How to use the AR Aging Report Generator
- Add invoices or import a CSV (customer, invoice no, due date, amount).
- Set the “as of” date.
- Review buckets and export CSV or PDF.
How it works
Days past due = Report date − Due date. Buckets: Current (not yet due), 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. Totals are summed per bucket and per customer.
Worked example
An invoice of 15,900 due 47 days before the report date falls in the 31–60 bucket.
Good to know
Run the report at the same cadence (weekly or month-end) to compare trends.
A rising 61+ share often means higher bad-debt risk.
Invoices stay in your browser's local storage; nothing is uploaded.
